Report content

To report content that breaks the acceptable use policy, or your likeness or voice used without consent, write to support@hanshutech.com with "Report" in the subject, the work's link or project ID, what is wrong and (for likeness or voice) how we can confirm it is you.

Reports involving minors come first: the content is taken down before we investigate, and reported to the authorities as the law requires.

Appeal

If a generation was blocked, a work taken down or an account suspended and you think we got it wrong, write to support@hanshutech.com with "Appeal" in the subject, your account email, the project ID and your reasons. Someone not involved in the first decision reviews it and we reply by email.

Confidential

A reporter's identity is used only to handle the report and is not shared with the reported account.
