Who we are

Hanshu Technology Co., Ltd. (漢書科技有限公司), Taipei, Taiwan is responsible for your personal data under this policy.

What we collect

Account details (email, name), team membership, your projects and generated media, points and billing records, and safety audit records of blocked requests.

Consent documents

Signed consents, IDs and reference samples for real people are stored encrypted in restricted storage, used only to verify consent and match likenesses, and never shown in your work.

How we use it

To run the studio, generate and deliver your content, bill points, enforce safety rules and meet legal obligations.

Who we share with

Model providers process prompts and media to generate outputs. Partner sites receive what you choose to publish. Payment processors handle payments. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Projects stay until you delete them. When you delete your account (self-service in account settings), teams you own alone are deleted with their projects, generated media, prompts and exports; your memberships in other teams end and every session is signed out. We keep these records as long as the law requires: points and billing records, safety audit records of blocked requests and their evidence, and consent documents and records for real people. We also keep a one-way hash of your email, only to stop trial points being claimed twice.

Your choices

You can export or delete your projects, withdraw consents you uploaded, and delete your account in account settings.
