Terms of Service

Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Hanshu Technology Co., Ltd. (漢書科技有限公司), Taipei, Taiwan ("we", "us").

The service

Hanshu Drama Studio, operated by Hanshu Technology Co., Ltd. (漢書科技有限公司), Taipei, Taiwan, lets you generate scripts, images, video and audio and publish them to partner sites. Features may change as the service develops.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and team. Team owners and admins manage members, billing, consents and publishing.

Points

Generations are paid in points. Prices are shown before each action. Points are charged only for successful generations; reserved points for failed or blocked jobs are released. Purchased points are not refundable except where the law requires.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in your ideas and in the outputs, subject to the model providers' terms. You grant us the licence needed to run the service, store your projects and deliver them to sites you publish to.

Prohibited content

No sexual content involving minors or minor-looking characters, no non-consensual or illegal content, and no use of a real person's likeness or voice without verified consent. We block such requests, log them, and report them where the law requires.

AI labelling

Outputs carry AI-generated labels and content credentials. Do not remove them or present AI output as filmed footage.

Publishing

Partner sites set their own review rules, price ranges and payouts. Earnings are paid by the partner site under its terms.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China).
